SpineCor Assistant Software (SAS)

The SpineCor Assistant Software was developed to assist doctors, orthotists and physiotherapists using SpineCor to accurately classify the patient's specific curve type and choose the correct brace fitting.

The software also allow for easy patient data collection and storage essential to effective management of the patient's condition.

In addition to being user friendly, another important characteristic of the SAS is that all information related to patient's files and examinations is kept in a database compatible with Microsoft Access and is therefore, easily accessible.

The New SAS V3.0, which was launched at the beginning of 2004, allows classification without the FreePoint system giving the following advantages:-

• Reduced cost of clinical set up

• Total portability of SpineCor Treatment

• Significantly reduced assessment time

• Greater accuracy

• All 20 possible Idiopathic Curves included in the Software

• Patient specific fitting instructions printable directly from the software

• Video clips demonstrating corrective movements for practitioner and patient use.

• Database storage of all clinical and radiographical information, brace components details, brace set up details and additional clinic notes.
